Return Policy:

- In-store shopping:

o    Trading card products: Sports Card or Trading Card Game products are final sale.

o    USED merchandise:  We do not accept returns or exchanges on USED merchandise UNLESS item is defective.  Within 7 days of purchase, customer may exchange for same item or get store credit if we are not able to replace the same item.

o    NEW merchandise:  7 day exchange period with receipt.  Items must be sealed in its original packaging.

o    Sale items: Sale items are final sale. 

- Online orders:  

o    Trading card products: Sports Card or Trading Card Game products are final sale.

o    USED merchandise:  We do not accept returns or exchanges on USED merchandise UNLESS item is defective.  Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number so we can replace, exchange, or refund the item. 

o    NEW merchandise:  You may exchange or get store credit for new unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be sealed in its original packaging and arrive to us in the same condition.  Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Please contact us prior to returning your item(s).

o    Sale items: Sale items are final sale. 

o    We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

-       - We do not offer a warranty on new merchandise; however, standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to most items.  

-       - Small tears, or separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces is normal and will not be grounds for refund, exchange or store credit.  All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors.

Refunds  Refunds are only issued for online orders due to errors on our end, used defective merchandise, or we are out of stock/oversold.  Refunds will be issued after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy  Most online orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is received.  Orders will only be shipped to the same address on file with your credit card company. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or other fees incurred after your transaction has been processed. We are also not responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services and this will not qualify an order for compensation as this is out of our control. 

Oversized Orders or Remote Areas  Oversized orders or orders to remote areas may be subject to additional fees.  You will be contacted if additional shipping is required.

Damaged Items  If you receive any items that were damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@mostlygames.ca or call us  at (604) 552-8055 with your order number and a description of the problem.  We may also require a photo of the damage.

Price Increase  If a product increases in cost to us from a distributor, in rare circumstances, we will reach out to you in order to pay an updated rate for the item. This may happen if an item’s cost to us has increased so much that we are selling the item at a loss. 

Product Availability  All orders are subject to product availability.  If an item is not in stock/oversold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you.

Quantity and Order Adjustments  We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered.  These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order.  This pertains to and is not limited to “buyouts” and other orders involving the sale of high demand products.  If an order is  deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential price adjustment.

Your Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements.  Credit card information is processed through PAYPAL.  We do not store any credit card information on our server.

How does Mostly Games & Collectibles protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Mostly Games & Collectibles disclose the information it collects to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with us. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Mostly Games & Collectibles may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of [Company Name], our users, or others.
